Recently, during the operation of the “Dream” deep-sea drilling vessel, TronixV successfully completed the hardware debugging of the core component of the hydrate (combustible ice) trial production well detector for the second well, the main control board. This milestone achievement has laid a solid foundation for subsequent hydrate trial production operations.

Hydrates, especially combustible ice, as a highly promising clean energy source, their extraction technology has always been a focus of global research and energy fields. During the entire trial production process, the main control board of the trial production well detector is like a “smart brain”, undertaking a series of key tasks such as data acquisition, signal processing, instruction transmission and control. Its performance directly affects the success or failure of the trial production operation and the accuracy of the data. The completion of the hardware debugging of the main control board for the second well of the “Dream” means that the key aspects of the main control board, such as circuit design, component installation, and basic function testing, have all met the standards and have initially acquired the ability to operate stably.

According to the plan, the main control board that has completed hardware debugging will be sent to the joint laboratory of Tongwei Technology and the customer. In the joint laboratory, the main control board will face more rigorous stability testing. These tests not only include long-term uninterrupted operation tests to verify their reliability in continuous working conditions; We will also simulate various extreme working conditions and unexpected situations, such as sudden temperature changes, severe pressure fluctuations, etc., to comprehensively verify the anti-interference and fault response capabilities of the main control board. Only by passing these rigorous tests on the main control board can it be installed into the hydrate trial production well detector of the second well of the “Dream” deep-sea drilling ship and truly put into trial production operations.
