Project Overview
This project involved the development of a power room environmental monitoring host housed in a 2U standard 19-inch rack chassis. The system integrates power, environment, and safety monitoring with intelligent control and real-time data processing.
It supports over 100 monitoring interfaces and logic control functions, including:
RS485 communication, door access logic, controllable power outputs, lightning strike counting, air conditioning control, UPS interface, water leakage detection, temperature and humidity monitoring, 380V power monitoring, lighting control, and PM2.5 air quality detection — forming a comprehensive intelligent management platform for industrial facilities.

Client Feedback
This was the client’s first collaboration with TronixV, a company known for deep expertise in industrial automation. The client praised both the technical execution and collaboration process:
“It was the smoothest cooperation we’ve ever had. TronixV not only delivered what we asked for — they anticipated our needs before we even mentioned them.”
