Project Background
Conventional air-conditioning control panels rely on manual operation or basic infrared sensing, which often lacks accuracy, automation, and remote accessibility. To overcome these limitations, the client aimed to create a new thermostat panel powered by millimeter-wave technology to achieve “automatic operation when occupied, intelligent shutdown when vacant,” while ensuring seamless integration with their server for a closed-loop smart management system.
Solution
tronixv delivered an end-to-end solution covering R&D through production:
- R&D Phase: Provided industrial design, hardware architecture planning, and collaborated closely with the client’s team on software development to ensure full compatibility.
- Production Phase: Manufactured and delivered 200 pilot units with guaranteed quality and on-time delivery. The final product retained all basic thermostat functions while integrating a millimeter-wave presence sensor and a 4G communication module, enabling automatic adjustment and remote management, successfully connected to the client’s server.
