(1) Product #1 — Line-Laser 3D Identification (code/text reading): Castings and post-treated parts often have oxidation, peeling scale, and heavy texture, causing 2D cameras and barcode readers to fail on Data Matrix/QR codes and engraved text. Our line-laser approach uses 3D depth/profile features to improve robustness for traceability.
(2) Product #2 — Structured-Light (Laser Pattern) 3D Measurement for hot parts: For forging and hot-processing lines, we discuss structured-light 3D metrology targeting parts at up to 900°C, enabling in-line 3D inspection/measurement for process and quality control.
