This project represents the world’s first transformer-array-based voltage regulation system, redefining conventional AC stabilization and filling a global technological gap in high-precision, high-power voltage control.

Key technical challenges included:

  • No prior domestic experience — requiring a full-stack architecture built from scratch;
  • Dynamic high-voltage switching — enabling millisecond-level transformer transitions with zero arcing or transient impact;
  • Extreme precision — maintaining 220V ±0.5V output even under ±50V input fluctuation, achieving an absolute precision of 0.23%.
