Collaboration Background

TronixV has partnered with Westlake University to provide technical support for their sensor research.

Project Background

This project was used for research and testing of a sensor at Westlake University. Because it involved multi-array acquisition and a large amount of data, it presented a high level of technical difficulty and placed stringent requirements on the performance and stability of the data collector.

64*64 Array Signal Collector

Solution

The sensor array data collector we provided supports 64×64 ADC acquisition. Paired with a specially developed host computer, it enables real-time data display and storage, meeting the university’s precise sensor testing needs.

Technical Highlights

Successfully achieved large-scale, 64×64 ADC synchronous acquisition, ensuring data integrity.

The acquisition and host computer systems work together efficiently, processing massive amounts of data and ensuring a stable testing process.

The integrated design, encompassing the housing, internal power supply, analog circuitry, embedded software, and host computer software, ensures strong adaptability.

Achievements and Benefits

The project was delivered on time, helping Westlake University complete project acceptance. This data collector effectively and comprehensively tests the target sensors, providing reliable hardware and technical support for the university’s sensor research and accelerating its progress.
